Construction Industry Accounts Payable Coordinator

Our construction client is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage high-volume invoice processing, vendor management, and check runs within their compact finance department. The ideal candidate will have prior AP experience in the construction industry, with a preference for familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or Timberline software. Salary: $60,000 to $70,000

Location: Near Mt Olive, NJ (In-office)

Responsibilities
  • Process high-volume invoicing
