Our Construction client is seeking a motivated Accounts Payable Coordinator to manage High Volume Invoice Processing, Vendor Management, and Check Runs within their finance department. The ideal candidate will have previous AP experience in the Construction industry, with familiarity with Viewpoint Vista or Timberline Software preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Process high volume invoicing
• Prepare weekly check runs

• Reconcile credit card transactions
• Resolve payment discrepancies
• Maintain seamless communication between AP department and vendors
