Job Overview

The Opportunity

You will manage the end-to-end accounts payable process while delivering central office support for a premier general contractor. This role gives you direct control over vital vendor relationships, financial reconciliation, and corporate logistics. You will work in a fast-paced environment where your accuracy and organizational skills directly drive operational success.

How You Will Make An Impact

• Process full-cycle accounts payable, including invoice review, coding, data entry, and vendor maintenance.
• Prepare and execute routine check runs, ACH payments, and corporate electronic transfers.
• Reconcile vendor statements, credit card accounts, and resolve billing discrepancies efficiently.
• Set up new vendor profiles, gather W-9 documentation, and complete credit applications.
• Match incoming invoices to purchase orders and receiving records to guarantee payment accuracy.
• Process employee expense reimbursements in full compliance with company standards.
• Provide general office assistance including email management, vehicle registrations, and supply ordering.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent qualification.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience processing full-cycle accounts payable.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles and standard AP workflows.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, specifically Microsoft Excel.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience

• Associate's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Previous accounts payable experience within the commercial construction industry.

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly pay rate of $20.00 to $23.00 per hour.
