El Centro Regional Medical Center is seeking an accounts payable professional to prepare and maintain AP records, manage receiving and purchase orders, and respond to inquiries. The role ensures timely payments and monthly GP ledger reconciliation within a healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate has 3–4 years of accounting experience, preferably with healthcare emphasis, and holds a high school diploma or equivalent.

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 3–4 years of accounting experience, healthcare focus preferred.
• Knowledge of general accounting and bookkeeping concepts.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and maintain accounts payable records and reports; respond to employee and vendor inquiries.
• Process receiving and purchase orders; ensure timely payment scheduling.
• Balance accounts payable detail to general ledger monthly.

POSITION SUMMARY

Prepares and maintains accounts payable records and reports, and receiving and purchase orders; reviews completed accounts payable runs; responds to employee and vendor inquiries; schedules accounts payable for payments in a timely manner and ensures that accounts payable detail balances to general ledger account on a monthly basis.

Position Pay Range: $18.63 - $27.45 per hour
