Sellars is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to support our finance team in Milwaukee, WI. The role focuses on invoice entry, coding, and timely payments, with opportunities to improve processes and vendor relations.

Qualifications

• Associates degree preferred, accounting background.
• 2+ years of accounts payable experience.
• Manufacturing environment experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage invoice entry and coding in the AP system.
• Process AP calls and route issues to management.
• Run AP aging and note vendors to be paid.
• Reconcile and process employee expenses.
• Manage Travel & Expense platform with employees.
• Assist with annual 1099 reporting and audits.
• Sort and distribute mail.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
