Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of accounts payable or related experience.
• Associate degree in accounting preferred.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office; GP a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review and process vendor invoices for a multi-site operation.
• Match POs, invoices, and receiving documents; resolve discrepancies.
• Enter invoices into ERP with high accuracy.
• Maintain vendor records and information.
• Respond to vendor payment inquiries.
• Assist with reconciliations and financial record keeping.
• Generate reports and support special projects.
• Perform additional admin and accounting duties as assigned.
