Arc After School & Experiential Education in Torrance, CA is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor payments and related expenses, ensuring accurate entries and on-time processing in a busy educational nonprofit environment.
You will coordinate with vendors, support audits, maintain COI and W-9 records, and help maintain the general ledger. The role is full-time, with benefits and standard work hours Monday–Friday.

As an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk, you will handle all day-to-day accounting operations related to vendor payments and other expenses that would impact the Company’s general ledger. The Accounts Payable clerk would ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and paid on time.
This job operates in a clerical office setting and is largely a sedentary role. The employee is occasionally required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, or kneel, use hands to finger, handle or feel; and reach with hands and arms. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
This is a full-time, non-exempt position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, approximately 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
