Job summary

Arc is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to manage vendor payments and related expenses, ensuring accurate recording and timely processing.

You will handle invoice approvals, communicate with vendors, track payment schedules, reconcile accounts, and support audits while maintaining COI/W-9 compliance and assisting with year-end financials.

This full-time role is based in Torrance, CA, with full benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401K, PTO and life insurance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years accounting experience, specifically in accounts payable.
• Experience with accounting software; Sage Intacct is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process invoices with appropriate approvals and verify accuracy.
• Communicate with vendors and other departments to troubleshoot payment issues.
• Track payment schedules and methods of payment.
• Maintain and reconcile Amazon Business account.
• Manage customer/vendor credits and vendor relationships.
• Bi-weekly import of credit card transactions and maintenance of credit card reports.
• Handle day-to-day financial transactions: verify, classify, and record payables/receivables.
• Process Certificate of Insurance requests and collect COI/W-9 from vendors.
• Maintain vendor compliance tracker and related documents.
• Assist with quarterly and year-end audits and financial controls.
• Organize Sharedrive and related documents.
