Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience preferred.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Enter, code, and process invoices per guidelines.
• Reconcile AP batches for coding and approval.
• Calculate and report sales tax on paid invoices.
• Post transactions to the general ledger.
• Process weekly check runs and confirm receipt.
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
• Prepare monthly AP reporting and audit documentation.
• Verify vendor accounts via monthly statements.
