Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for internal and external interactions.

Responsibilities

• Invoice processing: verify invoices against purchase orders and receipts.
• Reconciliation: resolve vendor payment discrepancies promptly.
• Data entry: accurately enter invoices and payments into the accounting system.
• Vendor management: maintain up-to-date vendor files.
• Expense reporting: assist with employee expense reports and credit card reconciliations.
• Quarter-end closing: assist Accounting with quarter-end processes and journal entries.
