• Review and reconcile invoice discrepancies.
• Audit and process credit card bills.
• Respond to vendor inquiries.
• Prepare vendor 1099 forms annually.
• Maintain Excel spreadsheets for project and utility tracking.
• Maintain digital and hard-copy files.
