Responsibilities

• Process purchase orders, invoices, and check requests.
• Prepare checks and maintain accurate financial records.
• Review invoices and resolve payment or vendor questions.
• Create and maintain vendor accounts and accounting files.
• Assist with billing, reporting, and other accounting tasks as needed.
• Answer phones, organize records, and provide administrative support to the Finance team.
• Maintain confidentiality and follow all department policies and procedures.
