Kelly in Woburn, MA is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk to join a premier manufacturing client. The role pays $24.00–$25.00 per hour and runs Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM. You will process vendor vouchers, manage check runs, maintain AP files, and assist with AR-related activity as needed.

This position offers a temp-to-perm pathway, exposure to AP/AR processes, and a supportive team environment in a stable office setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of accounts payable experience.
• Experience with PCs and MS Word/Excel.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office.
• Strong professional communication and appearance.
• Comfort with safety requirements, including eyewear as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Processing daily vouchers from vendors with accuracy and timeliness.
• Managing bi-weekly accounts payable check runs, including voucher selection and check printing.
• Maintaining accounts payable files and handling vendor inquiries or issues.
• Conducting collection calls on overdue customer accounts.
• Processing new customer information and credit references, forwarding details to the accounts receivable team.
• Assisting the Accounting Manager with various projects and data processing duties across departments.
• Ordering specific office supplies as needed.
• Providing backup support to the receptionist for phone duties.
