• Process full-cycle accounts payable activities, including invoice entry, 3‑way matching, purchase order review, and payment preparation, as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Reconcile vendor statements and respond to payment inquiries in a timely and professional manner as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Support disbursement runs, including checks, ACH, and electronic payments, ensuring accuracy and compliance as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Maintain AP logs, documentation, and audit‑ready records within ERP systems as the Accounts Payable Clerk
• Utilize Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and 10‑key skills to ensure accurate data entry and reporting as the Accounts Payable Clerk
