Position: Accounts Payable Clerk

Responsibilities:

1. Processing up to 300 invoices monthly in a 3-way match environment.
2. Performing vendor reconciliations at month end.
3. Resolving invoice discrepancies with proper coding and approvals.
4. Providing supporting documentation for annual audits.
5. Supporting General Ledger activities.
6. Maintaining familiarity with Excel spreadsheets.
7. Demonstrating strong initiative, flexibility, and attention to detail.
