Job description

Randstad is assisting a manufacturing client in Lancaster County with an Accounts Payable Clerk contract role. This role will last through August, offering summer employment. The pay is around $22+ an hour. It is a great place to work with a supportive accounting team. SAP knowledge is a significant plus. Salary: $22 - $24 per hour

Shift: First

Work hours: 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Education: Associate degree

Responsibilities

• Review payable invoices for accuracy and match to the purchase order submitted.
• Obtain appropriate approval for invoices without purchase orders.
• Enter invoices using SAP and FB60 entry, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Verify and support employee expense reports.
• Print checks for invoice payments weekly.
• Prepare wire transfer and ACH request forms for electronic payments.
• Print checks for patrons of milk and goats for assigned companies.
• Mail out vendor check payments.
• Release vendor ACH payments.
• Attach copies of invoices within SAP.
• Obtain W-9 forms for new vendors.
• Assist with the preparation of 1099s for all companies.
• Handle express payments when requested.
• Communicate with vendors regarding inquiries or discrepancies.
