YOUR NEW ROLE AS AN ACCOUNTS PAYABLE CLERK

This full-time, onsite position works Monday through Friday from 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

As our Accounts Payable Clerk, your day will be filled with meaningful tasks that keep our financial operations running smoothly. You'll enter bills into QuickBooks, process payments, reconcile transactions, match purchase orders to invoices, and maintain organized records. Your attention to detail will ensure vendors are paid accurately and on time, and your work will directly support the financial health of our company.

REQUIREMENTS

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Knowledge of Microsoft programs

Preferred Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable or general accounting
• Familiarity with 1099 reporting and year-end financial processes
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to work with a high volume of transactions
