IBP in Morristown, VT is seeking an accounts payable specialist to help maintain accurate vendor payments and smooth month-end processes. You will match invoices to purchase orders and receipts, reconcile statements, and communicate with vendors and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of AP or accounting experience, strong Excel skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of accounts payable or accounting experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsabilidades

• Match invoices to purchase orders and receipts.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies.
• Maintain accurate accounts payable records.
• Assist with month-end closing activities.
• Communicate with vendors and internal teams regarding payment inquiries.
• Process packing slips and receivers, and close purchase orders.
• Provide back-up for other team members (as needed).
