Spot Freight, Inc. is seeking an A/P Clerk to ensure accurate and timely processing of carrier invoices, enabling on-time payments to carriers and billing to customers. You will audit, classify, and respond to payment inquiries while handling multiple calls weekly.
Ideal candidates have 2+ years in A/P or billing, preferably with logistics experience, and an associate degree in business or accounting/finance. A collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits.
The A/P Clerk at Spot plays an important role in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of our Carrier Invoices. This process is integral to our success as it enables us to pay our carriers and bill our customers in a timely manner.
