Job summary

Ace ImageWear, Inc. in Houston, TX is seeking an Accounts Payable Representative to join our finance team. This role will process invoices, ensure proper coding, and manage vendor accounts using QuickBooks per policy.

Responsibilities include setting up new vendors, reconciling statements, and overseeing the purchase order process while maintaining accurate records and timely payments. Strong Excel skills and 2–5 years' data analysis experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma/GED.
• Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• 2–5 years' experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable using QuickBooks software and ensure invoices are coded and approved per COA.
• Verify vendor accounts and set up new vendors as needed; manage PO process per policy.
• Maintain accurate vendor records and reconcile statements as part of AP duties.
• Ensure timely payments and compliance with internal controls and company policies.

Job Description

Skills/Qualifications Required

• High School Diploma/GED
• Accurate typing and 10 keypad experience
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
• Strong analytical skills, including 2-5 years' experience in data analysis and research/resolution of issues

Preferred

• Accounts Payable Experience
• QuickBooks Computer System Experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and intranet/internet
• Availability to start within two weeks after offer made/accepted
