ON SITE - Mercer County, NJ - AP Specialist Consultant needed for our client, a fast growing organization in the Mercer County, NJ area. Truly amazingly warm and wonderful office environment. This is a Consulting Project.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and have an ability to accurately process manually invoices at a high volume. Any and all other AP functions is a strong plus which might enable you to be asked to join the organization.

Responsibilities

• High Volume manual invoice processing
• 3-way match to resolve invoice discrepancies (between 2 systems)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• 1 - 2 years in accounting or related field
