About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to join our accounting team. The successful candidate will manage vendor communications, maintain the AP inbox, enter bills, and verify/match bills. This role offers growth opportunities within the AP and finance teams.

Your Responsibilities

1. Manage and respond professionally to Maddox vendors.
2. Maintain the AP email inbox.
3. Maintain detailed vendor records, including entering bills.
4. Verify and perform 3-way matching of bills for approval.
5. Validate vendors.
6. Research and resolve internal process issues to complete the AP process.
7. Collaborate with internal partners to resolve questions or disputes.

Qualifications

• High School diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive information discreetly.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency with accounting software and Google Suite.

Compensation & Benefits

Starting range: $45,000 - $60,000, plus up to $1,000/month wellness stipend and other benefits.
