Job summary

Aston Carter is seeking an Accounting Specialist for a contract role onsite in Glen Mills, PA. You will handle a range of accounting and administrative tasks to support plant operations, including payroll data, vendor invoices, and month-end processes.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years accounting experience, familiarity with SAP, and strong Excel basics. Hours are Monday–Friday, 7 AM–3 PM, in a mining/aggregate facility setting.

Work Environment

This role requires you to be fully onsite from Monday to Friday, 7 AM to 3 PM. The facility specializes in mining and processing crushed stone, aggregate, railroad ballast, sand, gravel, and hot-mix asphalt. These materials are essential for road construction, commercial development, infrastructure projects, and residential construction. Job Type & Location

This is a Contract position based out of Glen Mills, PA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $24.00/hr.
