Volt is hiring for an Accounts Payable Clerk for a company located in BREA, CA.

As an Accounts Payable Clerk you will :

• Prepare list of expense accrual at month-end
• Good verbal and written communication
• Maintain good relationship with internal and external customers
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Experience with ERP system (preferably SyteLine)

This is a full time opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have :

• Understands the needs of both internal and external customers and is results-oriented, consistently providing exceptional service.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to professionally address customer concerns.
• Capable of prioritizing and managing multiple issues simultaneously, using prior experience and knowledge to resolve non-standard problems.
• Highly motivated, with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to meet critical deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Excel, with working knowledge of MS Word and PowerPoint.

Pay Rate : $26.00 to $30.00 per hour
