Are you an AP Clerk with 3-4 years of experience? Are you looking for a new work opportunity? We may have a position for you! We are currently seeking an experienced AP Specialist in the Pomona area. The ideal candidate has experience managing the full cycle of accounts payable, journal entries, general ledger, proficiency in Excel, and performing three-way matching. Salary and Work Details

• Salary: $24 - $26 per hour
• Shift: First
• Work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
• Education: Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

• Process incoming invoices and expense reports accurately and promptly.
• Conduct account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
• Maintain vendor relationships, handle inquiries, and ensure timely payments.
• Process and verify purchase orders, correcting discrepancies as needed.
• Facilitate invoice payments by sending reminders and contacting clients.
• Generate reports on accounts payable status.
