Role Description

The Accounts Payable Clerk is a full-time, on-site role based in Louisville, OH. This role is responsible for processing vendor invoices, verifying pricing and quantities against purchase orders, coding expenses, and entering data into accounting systems with a high level of accuracy. The Accounts Payable Clerk will prepare and schedule payments, reconcile vendor statements, resolve invoice and payment discrepancies, and maintain organized records and documentation. The role also includes communicating with internal departments and external suppliers to address questions, supporting month-end closing activities, and adhering to company policies and financial controls.

Qualifications
