Tecta America Corporation is seeking an Accounting Specialist to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, customer billing, collections, purchasing and project administration, as well as licensing and records maintenance. The role serves as a backup for payroll processing in a busy construction-related environment.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in accounting or related office administration, strong MS Office skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, or office administration.
• Working knowledge of AP, AR, billing, collections, and three-way matching processes.
• Construction, roofing, or contractor administration experience preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work accurately in a fast-paced environment.

Aufgaben

• Handle accounts payable: process invoices, perform three-way matching, maintain vendor records.
• Manage accounts receivable: generate invoices, process payments, monitor and collect from customers.
• Support administration: obtain COIs and bond docs, maintain contractor licenses and registrations, payroll backup.
• Coordinate license renewals and registrations; assist with purchasing and project administration as needed.
• Complete public works bid forms and support operational recordkeeping.
