Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in an accounting or finance role preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite products
• Basic understanding of accounting, including accounts payable and general ledger
• Strong keyboarding skills
• Excellent oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable invoices by matching invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, resolving discrepancies, assigning general ledger and tax codes, and allocating costs to the correct division
• Enter, maintain, and manage invoice and payment information within the accounting system and DocuWare
• Prepare invoices for payment, process accounts payable disbursements, and reconcile vendor statements
• Monitor accounts payable records and workflows, including inbox management, document routing, filing, and follow-up on missing receipts
• Serve as a primary contact for internal teams and vendors regarding invoice status and payment inquiries
