Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or related finance support role preferred.
• Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and employee expense reimbursements with approvals and documentation.
• Maintain accounts payable records and monitor due dates to support timely payments.
• Communicate with third‑party vendors to resolve invoice or payment questions.
• Prepare monthly invoice summaries for one client along with supporting documentation; reconcile invoice numbers and amounts.
• Enter and verify data in accounting systems; maintain organized filing for financial records.
