Job summary

IW Group is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate to support AP/AR, billing, and expense reconciliation within a busy Finance & Accounting team. The role focuses on accuracy, documentation, and cross-team communication in a fast-paced agency environment.

You will process invoices, manage payments, reconcile expenses, and contribute to month-end close. Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in finance support and a detail-oriented mindset, with proficiency in Excel and spreadsheets.

Qualifications

Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred; equivalent relevant experience considered.
1–2 years of experience in accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, or related finance support role preferred.
Familiarity with basic bookkeeping procedures.

Responsibilities

Process vendor invoices and expense reimbursements with approvals and documentation.
Prepare monthly invoice summaries and support billing for one client.
Reconcile credit card and expense submissions, following up on missing receipts.
Enter and verify data in accounting systems and maintain organized financial records.
Support month-end close by preparing reconciliation summaries and documentation.
