Purpose Brands LLC is seeking an Accounts Payable & Billing Manager to lead a high-volume, multi-brand shared services team. This role drives accurate processing, controls, and timely reporting for AP, billing, and corporate card operations.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in financial operations, strong leadership, and expertise with NetSuite, Coupa, and Concur. Hybrid work, competitive benefits, and opportunities to scale processes are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Five+ years of progressive experience in accounts payable, billing, accounts receivable, or financial operations.
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, Concur, and shared-services operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead, review, and approve AP and Billing team work, including payment runs and vendor invoices.
• Own timely preparation and review of AP/AR and reconciliations; investigate discrepancies.
• Develop and enforce policies, SOPs, and control documentation for core processes.
• Prepare cash disbursement forecasts and communicate funding needs and risks.
• Drive process improvements and automation using NetSuite and related platforms.
• Support month-end and year-end close including accruals and reconciliations.
• Coach and develop team members; manage workloads and cross-training.
• Coordinate tax disbursements and Form 1099 reporting; assist audits.
