Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.
• Working knowledge of debits/credits and account reconciliation.
• Proficiency in Excel (formulas, pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP).
• Strong attention to detail and deadline-driven.
• Good written and verbal communication with vendors.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and maintain the AP ledger.
• Match invoices to POs and receiving docs (three-way match).
• Reconcile monthly corporate credit card statements.
• Assist with month-end close, 1099 reporting, and audit requests.
