Job summary

flyExclusive is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to maintain vendor accounts, enter invoices, and ensure accurate GL reporting. The role focuses on data integrity, timely processing, and effective communication with vendors from our Raleigh office.

In addition to handling AP tasks, you will support month-end close, assist with tax-related documentation, and collaborate with tax and audit teams as needed.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in accounting or equivalent experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States; provide two forms of Federal ID.
• Candidates must successfully complete a comprehensive background check.

Responsibilities

• Enter AP invoices in accounting software with high data accuracy.
• Reconcile vendor statements and assist with month-end close.
• Support tax and audit compliance with necessary documentation.
• Communicate with vendors regarding queries and disputes.
• Other duties as assigned.
