M.C. Dean, Inc. is seeking an Accounts Payable II to support AP processing and administrative tasks within our Tysons, Virginia operations.

This entry-level role involves setting up accounts, reviewing purchase orders and delivery proofs, filing invoices, and data entry across our accounting systems. Ideal candidates will have 1+ years of AP experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Excel and Word.

• Must have strong attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with the set up of yearly AP accounts.
• Inspect purchase orders and proofs of delivery for accuracy.
• Assist with filing and record keeping for invoices and supporting documents.
• Perform data entry within accounting software systems.
• Classify and summarize numerical and financial data as required.
