You will manage vendor statements, process checks and wires, maintain records, assist with year-end tax filings, and support audit-ready reporting. Candidates should have a High School diploma and 1–2 years in AP or Finance, with Excel and Outlook proficiency; integrity

Qualifications

• High School diploma and 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Background in Accounts Payable or Finance preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and verify all Accounts Payable payments, including PO invoices, non-PO invoices, and travel/expense reimbursements with proper approvals and GL coding.
• Process payments via paper checks, wires, and reimbursements, ensuring accurate disbursement and proper documentation.
• Follow up on unpaid invoices, reconcile vendor statements, and maintain AP records for timely payments.
• Maintain AP address book and provide backup support to the AP team as needed.
• Assist with audit-ready reports and tax documentation (e.g., 1099s) and support Sales & Use tax filings.
• Other duties as assigned and aligned with Finance needs.
