Qualificações

• Associate degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent.
• 0–2 years of experience preferred.
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain accounting records by computing and recording numerical data for consultant entry, UK trade entry and imported US trade entry to keep financial records complete as assigned under direction.
• Maintain accounting databases by entering assigned data into the computer; processing backups as requested.
• Emails responses to payment inquiry and information requests.
• May assist with G/L account reconciliation and month-end closing, other ad hoc projects.
• Performs tasks detailed in the monthly check list review.
• May check the accuracy of figures, calculations, and postings pertaining to business transactions recorded by team.
