Qualifications

• Associate's degree and 1 year of experience in the area or an equivalent combination of experience/training.
• Experience in Accounts Payable operations and procedures.
• Proficiency with enterprise financial systems (Workday) and MS Office.
• Strong verbal and written communication and numerical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized Accounts Payable processes including wire payments, check cancellations and reissues.
• Obtaining, analyzing and verifying bank information for wire payments.
• Utilize OCR technologies to review, audit, and process a high volume of invoices and expense reimbursements through ASU’s financial management system.
• Utilize AI-enabled SmartBot to automate monitoring and responding to communications from the shared AP email box.
• Manage Accounts Payable Wire shared email box, ensuring timely resolution of requests and issues.
• Prepare and maintain recurring financial and operational reports.
• Provide exceptional customer service to internal departments and external suppliers.
• Perform additional duties and special projects as assigned.
