Job summary

Responsibilities include developing reporting from data warehouse queries, advising on procedures, collaborating with departments, and performing complex reconciliations of student billing data. This is an on-site position at ASU.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and five years of experience appropriate to the area of assignment/field or equivalent
• Experience with data warehouse reporting and querying
• Experience in a university setting and familiarity with federal regulations pertaining to student information
• Experience with Workday or other online accounting systems
• Familiarity with student account information systems and reporting requirements

Responsibilities

• Develops reporting from University Data Warehouse query results.
• Researches and analyzes daily and non-routine decisions affecting third party groups and departments.
• Advises management on procedures and process improvements for efficiency and accuracy.
• Collaborates with university departments to provide data for partnership reporting needs.
• Develops understanding of the student billing system to research discrepancies and perform reconciliations.
