As a Senior Recruiter at Fanning- Masis, I assist my client companies, investment/asset/wealth management firms located in and around Boston which serve a private wealth and/or institutional client base, with their candidate recruitment process.

I’m writing to inform you that one of my client companies, a wealth management firm located in Boston which makes and manages investments on behalf of their UHNW family client base, is seeking an Accounts Payable Associate. This role is a FANTASTIC opportunity for a recent college graduate or a 1-2 year candidate who either offers direct A/P experience or can be trained in this discipline.

Duties of this role include the following.

• Processing vendor invoices accurately and in a timely manner
• Managing weekly and monthly payment runs, including checks and electronic payments
• Reconciling invoices against purchase orders and resolving discrepancies as necessary
• Maintaining organized and up-to-date accounts payable records and documentation
• Communicating with vendors to address invoice questions and payment status

Compensation includes a base salary in the $55K- $65K range, plus bonus
