Responsibilities

• Assist Accounts Payable Supervisor in all areas of department responsibilities.
• Perform general clerical duties for accounting department.
• Keep accurate files, key punching, preparing journal entries and invoicing.
• Call vendors to verify address changes and prevent fraud.
• Assist with insurance certificate inputs and subcontractor registrations.
• Complete trade and bank references on new and existing credit applications.
• Assist with accounts payable invoice entry for all divisions.
• Release wires in the bank.
• Check and approve all IFS expense reports.
• Assist with special projects and review and code credit card transactions.
