Job summary

APIC Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Assistant – Payables to support our accounting department in Albuquerque. In this role you will process vendor invoices and credit card activity, issue outgoing disbursements, and keep vendor records accurate and audit-ready so our vendors are paid correctly and on time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associates degree preferred.
• Experience with accounting or ERP software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Process vendor invoices and credit card activity.
• Enter AP invoices into the accounting system with accuracy.
• Issue outgoing disbursements via check or ACH.
• Maintain digital audit trails and vendor records, including W-9s.
