Job summary

MaxHealth is hiring a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team in Sarasota. This in-office role handles AP entry, coding, and timely payments to vendors using NetSuite, providing essential back-up support for the department.

You will process invoices, receipts, and reimbursements, monitor credits, and ensure accuracy of vendor statements while delivering strong customer service to vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of experience with AP invoice entry.
• Strong knowledge of Outlook and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Code all invoices and verify accuracy.
• Enter all invoices and accounts payable into NetSuite.
• Monitor and apply credits to invoices.
• Receipts all purchase orders.
• Review vendor statements for accuracy.
• Ensure payments are applied to vendor invoices for services rendered.
• Cut in-house checks.
• Create patient refunds when necessary.
• Perform credit card reconciliation.
• Sorts through financial mail and processes appropriately.

MaxHealth is looking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. This position is responsible for providing back-up support to the Finance department.

This position will be uploading and entering all accounts payable including all invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.

The AP Assistant will code, enter, reconcile all invoices and assure payment to all vendors in a timely manner. This position will work with vendors and provide customer service resolution for any service/payment disparity.

This position is Monday through Friday, in-office, and based out of our Sarasota Corporate office on Bee Ridge Road.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years working with AP Invoice entry.
• Must have strong knowledge of technology and software such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

JOB DUTIES
