MaxHealth is seeking a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to support the Finance team in Sarasota. This role handles invoice entry, coding, vendor correspondence, and timely payments. The AP Assistant will process invoices in NetSuite, apply credits, and reconcile statements, while providing customer service to vendors.

MaxHealth is looking to hire a full-time Accounts Payable Assistant to join our Finance team. This position is responsible for providing back-up support to the Finance department.

This position will be uploading and entering all accounts payable including all invoices, receipts, and reimbursements.

The AP Assistant will code, enter, reconcile all invoices and assure payment to all vendors in a timely manner. This position will work with vendors and provide customer service resolution for any service/payment disparity.

This position is Monday through Friday, in-office, and based out of our Sarasota Corporate office on Bee Ridge Road.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum three years working with AP Invoice entry.
• Must have strong knowledge of technology and software such as Outlook, Excel, etc.

JOB DUTIES
