Job summary

W.C. Bradley Co. seeks an Accounts Payable Lead to oversee end-to-end AP processes, fixed asset lifecycle, and daily cash management within Corporate Shared Services. You will ensure accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement while supporting a team of AP professionals.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues, improve automation, and uphold vendor and internal relationships, in a dynamic shared services environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum education: undergraduate degree.
• Minimum experience: 5 years in accounts payable/shared services.
• Strong ERP and Concur proficiency; GAAP knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and vendor payments (ACH, wire, checks).
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle and asset register; support audits.
• Monitor daily liquidity and forecast cash needs.
• Identify and implement AP and asset management improvements.
• Lead SOPs and drive automation across shared services.
• Support team with guidance and escalation; ensure compliance.
