Job summary

The Accounts Payable Lead at W.C. Bradley Co. will oversee end-to-end AP, fixed asset lifecycle, and daily cash management within Corporate Shared Services, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and continuous process improvement while leading a team of AP professionals.

You will partner cross-functionally to resolve issues, drive automation, maintain vendor relationships, and support audits, using Concur and ERP systems with strong GAAP knowledge.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in accounts payable or shared services.
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee invoice processing and vendor payments (ACH, wire, check) and AP aging.
• Manage fixed asset lifecycle including acquisitions, depreciation, and disposals.
• Monitor daily cash management; forecast cash needs and oversee disbursements.
• Identify and implement AP and asset-management efficiencies; drive automation and standardization across shared services.
• Provide team guidance and serve as escalation point to ensure targets are met and issues resolved.
