RPM is seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist – Carrier Operations in Florida to manage day-to-day payment and billing communications with transportation carriers, process payments, and review Bills of Lading for accuracy.

The AP Specialist – Carrier Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day payment and billing communications with transportation carriers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carrier payment inquiries, processes carrier payments, reviews carrier accounts for accuracy, and oversees the review and processing of Bills of Lading (BOLs). The individual will also handle escalated carrier issues that require additional research or resolution.
