RPM Freight Systems is seeking an Accounts Payable (AP) Specialist – Carrier Operations to manage day-to-day payment and billing communications with transportation carriers. You will process carrier payments, review BOLs for accuracy, and maintain documentation while escalating complex issues to resolve discrepancies.
The role requires 1–3 years of AP or logistics accounting experience, strong attention to detail, and proficiency with Excel and ERP/TMS systems.

The AP Specialist – Carrier Operations is responsible for managing day-to-day payment and billing communications with transportation carriers. This role serves as the primary point of contact for carrier payment inquiries, processes carrier payments, reviews carrier accounts for accuracy, and oversees the review and processing of Bills of Lading (BOLs). The individual will also handle escalated carrier issues that require additional research or resolution.
