Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional in Las Vegas who can handle full-cycle AP, including invoicing, PO matching, and reconciliations. The role requires strong Excel skills and GAAP knowledge, with collaboration across Procurement, Payroll, Treasury, and Accounting teams.

The candidate will support month-end close, assist with audits, and participate in process improvements within a dynamic, on-site environment.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of accounts payable or related accounting experience.
• Full-cycle AP experience, including invoice processing, coding, PO matching, approvals, posting, and payment preparation.
• Experience with account reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and month-end close.
• Ability to investigate invoice, payment, vendor statement, and reconciliation discrepancies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field.
• SAP or Microsoft D365 experience.
• Experience supporting an offshore AP or shared services team.
• Knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and AP subledger-to-general-ledger reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Process and review invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and payments
• Reconcile vendor statements and AP accounts
• Research duplicate payments, missing invoices, unapplied credits, and account variances
• Prepare journal entries, accruals, reconciliations, and close support
• Respond to vendor inquiries and coordinate with Procurement, Payroll, Treasury, Operations, and Accounting
• Support audits, reporting, documentation, and AP process improvements
