Job summary

Insight Global in Las Vegas seeks an experienced Accounts Payable professional to manage complex AP cycles, ensure accuracy of invoices and payments, and support month-end close and journal entries. You will reconcile AP subledgers to the general ledger and analyze variances, while assisting with audits, process improvements, and automation efforts.

The role requires 3–5 years of AP or accounting experience, advanced Excel skills, and familiarity with SAP or Microsoft D365.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of progressive accounts payable or accounting experience
• Advanced full-cycle AP experience with complex transactions and exception resolution
• Strong experience with month-end close, accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations
• Experience reconciling the AP subledger to the general ledger
• Ability to independently investigate complex variances and determine root causes
• Strong understanding of GAAP, internal controls, and accounting practices
• Advanced Excel skills, including formulas, lookups, pivot tables, and large data sets
• Experience working in an ERP or accounting system
• Experience supporting an offshore AP or shared services team
• Experience providing technical guidance or peer training
• AP process improvement, automation, or system-testing experience
