Responsabilités

• Assists all accounts payable functions: invoice receipt, review, verification, coding, and payment processing.
• Performs accurate and timely data entry of invoices, payment information, and supporting documentation within the accounting system.
• Process vendor payments by preparing, reviewing, and issuing checks in an accurate and timely manner, ensuring compliance.
• Matches invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, resolving discrepancies as needed.
• Reconciles processed transactions by verifying accuracy and completeness of entries.
• Analyzes and assigns expenses to the appropriate general ledger accounts and cost centers based on invoice and expense report review.
• Manages vendor payments by monitoring discounts, scheduling payments, and resolving discrepancies.
• Reviews, analyses, and accurately codes invoices to ensure compliance with accounting standards and company policy.
• Performs vendor statement reconciliation and resolves variances in a timely manner.
• Maintains accounts payable files and records in compliance with SOX requirements and company retention standards.
• Perform other tasks and special projects as assigned.
• Background check, credit check, MVR and drug screen may be required.
